Exchange will only be accepted provided an exchange request is made within 14 days from date of product delivered based on to our 3rd party logistics provider.
*Helmets/ Helmet Parts/ Inner Wears/ On Sale products cannot be exchanged.
** Appearance flaw does not consider as functional defect. Thus, cannot be exchanged.

Exchange product must still be in same condition as when purchased. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, damage, or has been used; the product can maintain its original quality, functions and resalable.

Please ensure that the product, tags, labels, related accessories, and boxes (if applicable) are intact.

If the returned goods does not meet the exchange standard. That is, exceeded exchange period, without receipt, product damaged, product has been used, non-DAINESE products, products not sold directly by DAINESE HONG KONG. Exchange will not be accepted.

DAINESE HONG KONG reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

Defective product

All products are covered with 2 years manufacturer warranty from the day of purchase.
*Proof of receipt from DAINESE HONG KONG must be provided.

Change of Shipping Address

The delivery address cannot be changed. Once it has been confirmed at the checkout. Products will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process.
